ASHISH PANDITA

Managing Partner & CEO


Ashish has over 27 years of experience leading and delivering large scale business initiatives that cut across business, operations and technology. He is an engineer by education and he spent early part of his career in Germany working for an automotive giant. Ashish moved to Canada in 2000 and has been working in the financial services industry ever since. He has had the opportunity to design, set-up and successfully deliver major business initiatives at all Big Five Canadian banks. Ashish has a management consulting background and over the last decade he has primarily been working within the Wealth Management domain with special focus on leading Post-Deal M&A execution and integration.

AMOS YU

Partner & CFO


Amos has 20 years of Business/IT consulting experience specializing in managing the delivery of large scale projects within the financial services industry. Some of Amos' past projects include large scale Wealth Management technology implementations (i.e. Portfolio Management, CRM, Client Reporting). Recently he has focused on managing and delivering complex business integration projects. In parallel with his focus to deliver value to his clients, Amos is also the leader of the Business Analysis practice at Acquint Consulting.

Rupesh has 25 years of extensive program management, consulting and conversion/migration experience within Wealth Management, Asset Management and Capital Markets domains. Rupesh also brings in business/ operational expertise for data governance, data migration, data quality & controls related to clients/accounts, security, and trade/transactional data. Rupesh has successfully led and implemented multiple conversion, regulatory, strategic and platform implementation programs for various financial institutions across North America and Asia Pacific. Rupesh leads the Business Data and Operations practice at Acquint Consulting.

Jenn has over 23 years of experience leading and delivering strategic, business and regulatory initiatives, primarily focused in the financial services industry. With a background in Actuarial and Statistical sciences, Jenn spent the early part of her career in Capital Markets and Management Consulting before shifting her focus to Wealth Management, where she has more than 15 years of leadership experience driving initiatives to support growth and manage regulatory change. As a strategic thinker, she approaches problems with a goal of addressing business and regulatory needs while concurrently considering the business impact and Advisor / client experience.

Jenn also has extensive experience in internal communications, having led a communications team responsible for managing, editing and writing internal communications that included executive presentations, town halls, and project-related communications and change management support.

An engineer by profession, he has successfully led IT transformation for global organizations to improve user experience, drive operational efficiencies and reduce risk. Sudheer has managed and delivered large-scale IT transformations, including projects in systems integration, cloud migration, digital workplace enhancement, and cybersecurity.

Sudheer's career spans more than 25 years with IBM, where he has consulted and led the transformation of major clients globally. Over the past 7 years, he has had the privilege of working with and successfully managing major initiatives across various industries in US and Canada, including major Canadian banks.

Vineet brings over 25 years of experience in consulting and product management, specializing in the financial services sector. He has worked with top-tier financial institutions, wealth management firms, broker-dealers, and pension funds.

As a former management consultant at Deloitte, Vineet has advised large clients across the USA, Canada, and Europe. He has successfully led numerous program and product initiatives, driving business transformation through the launch of digital products and services, platform implementations, process re-engineering, post-merger integration, and AML/compliance solutions.

Regulatory Compliance


Andrew has 7 years of regulatory execution experience primarily focused on areas pertaining to legal entity amalgamation, privacy, tax and anti-money laundering. He is an Ontario Licensed lawyer working in the Financial Services industry, with past experiences at one of Canada’s largest pension fund and a leading Canadian investment management firm.

Currently, Andrew is leading the regulatory/AML related execution stream on a major M&A Integration project at a leading Wealth Management firm. He is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

Hina excel at leading complex testing projects, with specialized expertise in data migration and migration functionality testing, ensuring comprehensive test planning and execution to deliver high-quality software products.

Hina specializes in data migration testing, ensuring accurate validation and transformation of data between systems - proficient in ETL processes, data validation, and database testing, with advanced skills in writing complex SQL queries for data verification. Hina have successfully managed multi-team testing efforts within Agile and Waterfall frameworks, consistently enhancing testing processes and mentoring team members.

Tejasvini have over six years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Banking, Investments, and Credit projects, in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Tejasvini have experience in UML techniques, creating wireframes and page mockups, and contributing to software process-reengineering efforts aimed at evolving current software development practices.

Tejasvini is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and have completed the Investment Fund in Canada Certification (IFIC).
